Free Fire Containment Bag Replacement

When one of our Preventer Li-Ion Fire Containment Bags (regular or HD) or Preventer Plus Smoke Containment Bags are used to contain a fire by non-professional firefighter personnel, we will send a new one for free (some conditions apply).

Conditions For Free Fire Containment Bag Replacement:

• The event was not intentional.
• Customer must be the original owner of the product.
• Customer must provide a copy of the original receipt (proof of payment).
• Customer must provide product's Serial Number.
• Customer must provide an incident report.
• Customer must provide photos of the product (inside and out; top and bottom) after the incident.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
• One product replaced per incident.
