Free Fire Containment Bag Replacement

When one of our Preventer Li-Ion Fire Containment Bags or Preventer Plus Smoke Containment Bags is used to contain a fire, we'll send a new one for free (some conditions apply).

Conditions For Free Fire Containment Bag Replacement:

• Customer must be the original owner.
• Customer must provide a copy of the original receipt (proof of payment)
• Customer must provide bag's Serial Number.
• Customer must provide an incident report.
• Customer must provide photos of the bag (inside and out) after the incident.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
• One bag replaced per incident.
