Limited Warranty:

We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products made specifically by the Company. This warranty may not apply to all products sold by the Company. Please contact us via email at sales@brimstonefireprotection.com to authorize replacement, in the event of a defect, within 30 days of the order’s shipment date. Each warranty claim will be evaluated and applied on a case by case basis. It should be noted, issuing a claim is no guarantee of product replacement or reimbursement.

Return Policy

Returns are only allowed by request and only on a case by case basis. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the shipping date to be considered. Send return requests to sales@brimstonefireprotection.com
