The Accenture PED Safety Bag (Class 2) is a premium dual-layer containment solution for lithium-ion battery fires in personal electronic devices (PEDs) up to 100Wh. Specifically designed for aviation and other critical environments, it ensures 100% containment of fire, smoke, and projectiles, and meets the highest UL 5800 Certification Performance Level 1 - Total Containment standards. The double-bag construction isolates flames and harmful gases internally while tests have shown the outer surface did not exceed 183°F / 84°C. Ideal for phones, tablets, and laptops up to 13", and power banks, this bag enables crews to manage thermal runaway events quickly and safely—without the need for fire extinguishers or additional tools. Compact for cabin stowage and fast to deploy, the Class 2 PED Safety Bag can help ensure passenger and aircraft safety and avoid delays or emergency landings.

Certified to UL Standard 5800 for fire, smoke, and explosion containment (Performance Level 1 - Total Containment).

Compliant with IATA, FAA, and EASA guidelines for carrying lithium-ion batteries on board.
