The Brimstone EV Fire Suppressor System ST™ is a combo kit that includes the Mister & Standard EV Blanket. While our EV Fire Suppressor Blanket™ and Mister™ have the ability to work independently of each other, when used together, they create a comprehensive system to shut down a thermal runaway event during a lithium-ion battery fire emergency. Covering a vehicle quickly with an EV blanket provides a measure of containment and protection while the Mister cools the battery modules and helps mitigate and dampen vapor cloud ignitions.
Our EV Mister™ delivers a 10 gpm low-flow water mist spray (firefighting droplet size / <1,000 microns) directly to the vehicle’s undercarriage. Tests validate the Mister’s low-flow rate is as effective as high-flow models while preserving water resources and reducing the amount of toxic runoff. And our low-profile Mister™ head (only 2.25” tall) easily fits under most vehicles and features 15 omni-directional nozzles.
The EV Fire Suppressor Blanket ST™ is designed to protect most automobiles, crossover SUVs, and warehouse forklifts with ease. Our EV Fire Suppressor Blankets are engineered to suffocate fires by cutting off oxygen, suppressing open flames, reducing temperatures, and minimizing smoke.
This combination offers a comprehensive lithium-ion battery fire suppression solution, combining advanced misting technology with a durable, high-performance fire blanket for maximum protection.

Blanket Multiple Uses?
The EV Suppressor Blanket is designated for single only. Other brands may claim “multiple uses,” but then fail to address the decontamination aspect. Once used, a blanket is saturated with toxins and heavy metals. Another issue is coating burn off, which happens with direct flame contact. The blanket is forever changed and cannot claim to be as effective as it was when new. Who is qualified, outside of a lab, to quantify the damage to a blanket, fire after fire, with confidence it will be effective during the next incident? With those thoughts in mind, we recommend you not spending the extra money on a "multi-use" option. (We've actually been told that the majority of the multi-use blankets sold by our competitors are discarded after the 1st use due to the reasons mentioned and also due to the difficulty of repacking them--- especially when wet). Additionally, the article linked below states "We've already had a situation in Victoria where two firefighters suffered cobalt poisoning after attending an EV fire, and have now been permanently disabled as a result." We cannot fathom why would anyone want to risk this, especially considering the vehicle owner's insurance companies are being billed for the Fire Dept. replacement blankets?
